Standard reservations (reservations placed in advance of your arrival), require a 50% deposit against your grand total in order to confirm, with your remaining balance due at the Adventure Tours Costa Rica office no later than 2 days prior to the date of your tour. Should you prefer to pay your balance electronically, you may do so at any time by clicking on the “pay now” link under the grand total section on your booking invoice.
Last-minute reservations (reservations placed with less than 48 hours advanced notice), require 100% prepayment in full in order to book. Please note that all last-minute reservations are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Not all tours have transportation included, you can see this detail in the description of each specific tour. If transportation is not included, we are happy to arrange it for you. Please see our transportation section for details.
Not all locations have lockers, but all of them have a safe place to store your belongings during the tour.

There are changing rooms or bathrooms at all the tour locations, but no showers.
Yes, in all tour locations parking is available.
Not all tours have this service, ask at the office before your tour. Please be aware that if you do not purchase the video or photos immediately after the tour, we delete them.
