You may take a motorcycle on the ATV tour. However, we do not recommend it. A rider needs to have motocross experience and a valid motorcycle license to do the tour on a motorcycle. The rider is 100% responsible for himself and the vehicle in case of an accident or damages.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages while visiting the restaurants we visit on tour is at the riders’ discretion. All riders must remain below the legal BAC while operating our vehicles. Our guides do retain the right to confiscate keys if they feel a rider is over the legal limit and is a danger to him/herself and others.
Our tours will continue rain or shine unless it is determined unfit or unsafe to proceed. In the event of a tour cancellation due to extreme weather conditions, your group will be immediately rescheduled for the next available date and time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If rescheduling is not a possibility for your group, you will be refunded the entire price for any tour that is missed due to the unforeseeable weather.
